 iam new to creative realestate. where can i find interested investors who are looking for particular houses or properties? where do they advertise?

You can find them in the newspaper, on signs that say we buy houses, the landlord list that local housing authority or section 8 office maintains.

Or go to your local real estate club and do some networking.

Just make sure that you totally understand what the investor is looking for - or you end up wasting your time and their time - and don't make any money.

In fact, it is best if you can build a relationship with a few investors because that way you can present the detail to a 2nd investor if it doesn't quite fit the profile the first investor is looking for.
