Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get the standard purchase contract online…preferably for free. I know I can pay to get one, but wheres the fun in that? I may have a possible deal early this week. Tax market value is $80,000, will offer seller between $65,000-$70,000. Homes in immediate area are selling above $100,000. Please advise.
