****HELP, NEWB QUESTION?****
«

I have a seller interested, he responded to my email post. Asking price is 161,000,, but comps in area were around 120,000 to 140,000, and those were the low ones. So I'm thinking of offering him 70% of his asking price. Oh another question? I'm gonna put the property under contract with an option, can I assign my option to another investor if he's interested or should I just assign the contract to a retail buyer?

Tbynum- His listing price should not have any bearing on your offer amount.

My number 1 rule is: I am not a motivated buyer!
