I am new to wholesale and need help with finding forms for buyer and eventually assigning contract to another investor. I already have buyers in place and now am meeting with the seller to possibly sign contract to purchase. Please help with any comments and/or suggestions for me.

Not to be harsh but maybe you should have found the forms and familiarized yourself with them prior to finding buyers and sellers. Your putting the cart before the horse.
