Should I get a relationship with some of the Hard Money lenders on this site to use as a back-up in my Wholsaling offers? I would close them my self if I couldn’t get a buyer.
Yes, I think it’s a great idea to have a back-up. In addition, most will give you a pre-approval letter which you may need to submit with some of your offers.
