I have come across a client who requested that I take a look at this deal. Their realtor negotiated a short sale however only discount the price by 5,000 of the loan balance. The realtor has it listed and the property is not moving. Is it possible that I can approach the lender’s LM department with a counteroffer and renegotiate?
