Can I assign a property under contract that doesn’t say it has assigns? I know, but I wana hear your comments on this? Keep in mind I am in TX
No. Use this on all contracts you sign, even if you don’t plan to assign when you sign as it gives you a profitable way out should you not have the ability to rehab yourself, etc. If the unforseen happens its always good to have a backup plan. Have your plan, then have plans B-F on deck to take over if plan A fails.
