Buildout costs starting from a shell

There is a school by me that looks like it would make good condos. It’s been vacant since the early 80’s and is an eyesore in an otherwise decent neighborhood. Wondering what it would cost starting from a brick shell and building out the interior. Interior buildout would be moderate grade, not luxury as this is a middleclass neighborhood. It’s in CT so if you are familiar with construction costs in the northeast let me know.

depends on units, sf per unit, you need a base cost per unit then multiply that out, figure out what common area improvements you will have etc.

condos have a lot involved. you may need a zoning variance, lawyers, etc etc. i am not versed in this type of construction, however, when i worked in the city planning office I saw how much developers would go through.
