Ok, I have been rehabbing houses for a while now and I am watching everyone else get rich off of my work. I find the properties, rehab them, and manage them and I am still at the bottom of the ladder. I am looking for an lender that will lend on the ARV and not look at the credit so much. Most of my deals are less than 50% of market value and after repaired will bring in a 100% ROI. My credit score is 520 and I am self employed so I cannot get conventional financing.Please let me know if any of you can help me grow.
