Hello All,

Is it customary to pay a residual finder’s fee to your bird-dog when they bring you a repeat buyer, or just the one-time finder’s fee ?

Pay them over and over and over. The more you pay them the more they will bring you. Maye even a bonus would be in order. The best money you will ever spend
