Is www.discountedproperties.com a good site? I did a search and apparently nobody has talked about this on here.
Doubtful in my opinion.
You are trusting the seller to be smart enough to know the market value and know the repair costs, but they aren’t smart enough to figure out how to make the repairs themselves and keep the “profit”.
