I was wondering if anyone can give me direction on any legitimate firms that will pay a finders fee for locating foreclosures , HUD and other properties in TX please? I`m new in rei and want to start as a finder/bird dog…please help!!
why dont you just build your own buyers list? Then if you ever decide to move away from birddogging, and into wholesaling and assigning you will already have buyers in place

I want to make sure I am efficient and bring to the investor’s table exactly what they need…please assist me!
