Foreclosure finder

Hello,
  I was wondering if anyone can give me direction on any legitimate firms that will pay a finders fee for locating foreclosures , HUD and other properties in TX please? I`m new in rei and want to start as a finder/bird dog...please help!!

why dont you just build your own buyers list?  Then if you ever decide to move away from birddogging, and into wholesaling and assigning you will already have buyers in place

Thank for your response? What strategies do you use to build a buyers list? And also can someone please advise me on what type of questions I should ask Investors who want to use my bird dog leads? I want to make sure I am efficient and bring to the investor's table exactly what they need.....please assist me!
