Does anyone know of any direct sources that currently have large portfolios of Commercial and Residential Mortgage Notes for sale nationwide?

:cool YES do you have the funds to buy them we can put or hands to packets from 1.5mil to over 35mil !! BUT we will not and do not work with people not able to make the deal !! IF you can then i would like to hear more
