Are rehabers intereted in Appraisals?

Im trying to wrap my mind around the idea of wholesalins and the process, so I need to know if rehabbers need to see an appraisal or are comps sufficent?

If appraisal are neccersary, how do wholesalers manage this cost? Is it out of pocket or passed along to the wholesaler as part of the fee?

Thanks for any information.

Part of wholesaling is due dilegence. You should know the avg market prices and that is what your quoting. It is the job of the buyer who is buying your contract to check out comps on their own and arraign financing which will include an appraisal unless all cash they will not be required but may.
