WHERE IS A GOOD PLACE TO FIND OWNER FINANCED HOMES?
I would start with the local newspaper.
I have had a lot of luck finding Owner Financed Homes by sending unsolicited offers to Out Of State owners. A simple letter explaining who you are and what you would like to do. I have even had a little luck when I enclosed a contract to purchase the home with a check for earnest money.
