Highland Banc feedback

I am planning on applying for a commercial mortgage with Highland Banc. Does anyone have any past experience with them?  If so, please provide feedback? 

Did the process or good smoothly?  How were the closing costs?  How long did it take? etc.

I am the Highland Banc operation manager in Florida.  I used to work out of the corporate office in Columbus.  Who are you working with and have they provided you with a quote?  If you have questions about rates/fees, etc. you can always request the loan officer to provide you with a broker contract that spells out all the terms of the agreement.
