Experience with GMAC ?

Anyone have experience doing a shortsale with GMAC?
I’m in the middle of one, and they are not willing to take a big hit on the price at all.
They reduced a $460k total down to $400k. The first is about $370, 2nd is $90k.

$60k may seem like a lot, but it isn’t because the house needs repairs and will not sell for $450k if it was to be listed right now.

I was hoping they would come down to $350-$370k…

Anyone have any input for this?
