since i an new should i stay away from fire damage? is it too hard to fix. is there anything specific i should stay away from as a beginner?

How deep are your pockets? How bad was the fire damage? Do you do some,or all of your rehab? There are many answers to your Questions,and many Questions to your answers!
I would find out the cost of the rehab, then make an educated guess to your Question! Run all of the numbers,then you will have your answer!
