I am new to the SS deals and am trying to find the best way to find the deals. I look at the sheriffs auction site, but most of the time when they are already on this list the homeowner has got tons of calls from other investers and doesn’t want to deal with you.
Are there other ways to find deals that I am missing?
Thoughts?
