I’ve been trying to find any and all ways to not only amass RE, but to build up my own cash reserves and simply be smart in business. I would lilke your input as to which one you would rather do and why.
As of right now I am really looking to do double closes, since it seems that they yield more money faster and can be less subject to issues.
