Hello,
I am very new to investing in real estate. I am just getting started with the education portion and was interested in wholesaling and/or bird dogging to get started. I have some what of a idea and a plan of action, but I was wondering if there was anyone in my area who may be able to offer advice on how they have done it and what worked best for them. I am planning on joining an investors club and meeting with a lawyer to get things in order. I think the first deal is going to be the hardest and I was looking for someone who has been sucessful with it for guidance along the way.
