I am moving to Enid for training and I want a 3/2 or another decent deal to buy when I move there.
I would probably use VA conventional financing. I arrive on 23 March so would want to close shortly thereafter. Timeframe might not work, but I would still like to try.
I don’t mind if the house needs some surface work.
