I am wondering if there are any Private lenders in here that will loan hard money outside the United States? I am about to make a trip to Panama to locate new real estate and invest into some of their foreclosures!
There are U.S. equity based/collateral based lenders that will provide financing for offshore real estate projects.
Expect have a significant down payment in reserve as a low LTV will only be permitted.
