I am a Canadian Citizen, and want to purchase a foreclosure rehab property in Ohio. How can I obtain a hard money loan as a corp.?
The reason I want to borrow as a corporation is because its difficult getting a loan being Canadian. (dont know why).Credit is descent, not perfect, however not horrible either.
I Have not made a deal yet, simply because I have no way to purchase the property. I have complete knowledge of rehab/building a home from scratch, yet the money aspect is holding me back. At my current job it will take me a couple of years before I can save up enough to purchase a home cash. Can anyone out there help me out, if its possible?

Yes, you can get a HML as a corp. I did it in the Chicago area. You must still provide a personal guarantee.
