What are lenders requirements on S-Corps just starting investing? … personal guarantee? I didn’t really think you would go back on a personal guarantee if it is an S-Corp. Any lenders or experts that can give me some advice? Thanks!
Look up recourse and non recourse loan. If you do not have enough collateral. Yes, lender require personal gurantee. Sometimes it is not worth the paper it is written on.
