TRO to stop foreclosure

Howdy all:

I tried to hire an attorney here in Austin yesterday to stop a foreclosure today. The attorneys that I spoke to said I needed a legal reason to get the TRO (temporary restraining order). The examples they gave were that the lender delivered to the wrong person or the posting was after the 21 day time requirement. I remember when all you needed was a buyer or a loan approved or almost any good reason to get the judge to issue a 30 day TRO. Will some of you that have recent experience in this share your thoughts and experiences.
