What websites or lists does anyone use to find the foreclosures? Im currently signed up with Realtytrac.com, but i find there reporting anything short of impressive. Im looking to download / import all the information into a database such as Access. I see there is a program called shark bait that the websites promote? Does anyone have any experience with this or what do you use?

Did you do a search on this site for RealtyTrac before you proceeded? It probably would have saved you a few bucks. RealtyTrac is largely useless…its listing are already dated and picked over before they’re posted. In Louisiana, I was seeing the properties in the MLS 4-6 weeks before they posted to RealtyTrac.
