What’s are some of the interest payments people are getting who invest with HM lenders? Just from the links from this site, I have found lenders that pay anywhere from 12-18% and one for “aggressive investors” that says it pays 25%. That comes out to about 1-2% a month. Anyone getting 18-25% on their loaned money? Anyone making 3% a month at all?
