Why is it when I am on any web site do you have to pay to view foreclosure listings. Are they worth it? Are they current?
Who makes these lists? Is it a scam! Thanks to anyone.
Because the website you are visiting is a business, run to earn profits. Are they scams? Some may be, others aren’t. Before you drop a dime do your research and due diligence.
Or, you can save your money and do all the work yourself and compile your own lists.
