Hi everbody im starting out as a wholesaler and i  just want know where do i get  the contracts from and do you have to pay for it?

Also who gets the earnest money at closing and does the buyer earnest deposit have to be the same amount as my earnest deposit?

Hi Focus:
There are a lot of places you can  get a contract.  You can draw up your own contract, you can look on ebay and they sell a "Proformz" CD with real-estate forms you can buy for around 25 bucks.  I would recommend this as they have a lot of good forms you might use in the future.  There might even be a product on this site that has forms and contracts...
