Commercial Lenders like everything else are in the business of making money. NOI’s are critical to lenders in determining the risk and value of your project.
If your project is financially sound there are numerous funders that will offer you No Credit Checks loans. One that comes to mind offers an COMMERCIAL NINA, which means No Income/ No Assets.
