Management Software??

Sorry, didnt know what forum to file this under.

Im looking for a nice piece of software that will help manage no more than a dozen rental properties (residential). Ive looked at quite a few of them and so far it appears as though the Landlord Report might be the best bang for the buck.

Anyone use anything else or have any advice?
