Tenant/Buyer Financing

Does anyone have some advise about how to increase the likelyhood of my tenant buyers refinancing? I have heard things like requiring them to attend a credit repair class, setting them up with a mortgage broker, etc. What other lessons learned are out there?

If possible you could report on time payments for them to a credit agency or to the mortgage broker so he can add that to their loan package.

How do you report to the credit agencies that a tenant/buyer is paying on time?
