Im trying to determine if sheriff’s sales are a good means of picking up under value homes? Or are they too risky?? Is anyone having sucess with them? Thanks.
In all I honest I think sheriff sales are a great way to pick up undervalued property depending on how they do it in your state. If you good down to the court house and get the addresses of the houses sold about a week before sale you can do your own due dilegence.
