Do you know if I have to state I’m a realtor if I send out a piece of marketing directed at divorcees, deaths and such? Or can I just do a generic mailer with the company name and the 800 number? I know this would be state specific but just looking for general info??? Thanks in advance…
In most places, you must let them know before any serious negotiations begin…I would let them know when/if they call.
I am not a lawyer and state laws may vary…
