I have a client in the bay area looking for the following:
2nd position rehab loan paying off current 2nd and giving her 350k cash to complete remodel or complete 1st position refi with the same cash out.
Client makes over 35k/mo with liquid assets of 160k
Looking at 70-75% ARV with a total loan amount of 650k (2nd) or 1.2 mil (complete refi)
