Has anyone read or purchased any of Jeffrey Ringold material, courses, etc. Any kind of feedback is appreciated. Also would like to know what other foreclosure material is worth investing in.

you might be able to get a few things from your local library. also actually going to an auction or two (doing) is an active approach! just observe, get familiar with some faces. by the third auction you attend, you’ll recognize people , and they’ll recognize you.
shoot the breeze with them. maybe join your local reiclub.
take it slow. don’t rush.
I’ve found Thomas Lucier’s Book “The pre-foreclosure property investor’s kit” to be very helpful.
I would like to thank those that replied , I have already called the courthouse to see when the next auction will be and already called my local rei club, and I have checked into that Thomas Luciers book and also went to his website looks promising. Thanks again for your replys
