wantting to know if there is a central place to find the notice of default filings ??
or where or who would you ask at the local court house ?? AS well is this totaly public information ??

Yes it is public, if you search for it at the Recorder of Deeds office. Or you can forge a relationship with a title company that keeps those reports and get those from them.
