contracts

anybody ever got contracts on houses that could turn a profit and then sold the contracts to other investors?

Howdy Cbrain

Just closed one a while back making a few grand. It was a small house that I owned once before but lost thru foreclosure. I had a contract with the first lien holder/owner to buy it back but could not get financing. Sold the contract for 3 large ones.
