We try…sometimes we have to step on the toes of a few to keep the Forums “sane” for the majority. All of the rules are in place for a reason and we try to apply them equitably. I used to use the forum at landlord.com as a “good example of a bad example” but they have closed it down…it was totally out of control – no reules enforcement and just SPAM after SPAM. it was so bad that you could hardly read it!
Remember, we have over 17,000 users and you can’t make EVERYONE happy!
