Could use small private financing for some deals but do not really know where this will come from. Anyone have any ideas, or does anyone actually loan private money or could guide me to a source that will. Hard money ok but like to have private for the rehab ect. Bottom line need some private financing and would like to hear some ideas or see some sources, thank you. Take care.
