I want to know if it is legal to sell a timeshare and a home as part of a package or do I have to sell them separately.
I have a timeshare in Hilton Head Island, SC that I am having a hard time renting or selling. I am having a home built in Pooler, GA and am trying to sell both my house and my timeshare by December of this year.
Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure what the price of your time share is worth, but you could offer it as an incentive to someone who purchases your house. Just figure the price of the time share in the price of your property.
Timeshares are a tuff sell, however it may be a benefit to someone if you package into the property. People get excited over the word FREE, it gets their attention such as “Free Hilton Head Vacation timeshare with purchase”.
