Hello all, i found this site through google and i am glad to see such a wealth of information from others who have tried rehabbing for profit. Just wanted to say thanks for all the great reading. I do have one question though, i have yet to see someone recommend a reliable Hard Money Lender?
I’m looking at creating a long lasting relationship with another private investor, interested in making decent profits in Rehabbing. My wife and i intend on doing most of the work on our rehabbs ourselves (or with an equally invested business partner). I’m quite qualified, other then difficult electric and plumbing.
We are in the SouthEast Virginia and Northeast North Carolina region and looking to get our start in REI. I would love to meet others in the area, who are more familiar with this region and pick at your minds. Thanks all
