I am looking for a lender who will finance 95% LTV. I have excellent credit and want to purchase a $45-50K single family property…Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated!!!
There are several lenders that brokers can use to get 100% Non Owner Occupied loans. If you have a broker that you trust in yoru area ask him/her about it and I am sure that they can find you one. FYI, the average as the date of this post for a 700 credit score, 100% NOO loan with a 30 year fixed is a 8.25% rate with no mortgage insurance…now that is an AVERAGE, considering 80/20’s and different rates that different brokers will quote you…but it will get you in the ball park when searching for homes.
