I just put an offer in on a place that is about $30k below market value and plan to fix it up, hold it for about a year or two (LA appreciates about 15-20% per year) and sell it. Question for those of you here in LA, do you have any advise on where to buy rehabbing materials - CHEAP??
For instance, tiles for the bathroom & kitchen, hardwood floors, appliances? I used Lowe’s, Home Depot, IKEA, and Sears (for the appliances) on the last place… but there have to be some cheaper ways of doing it! Does anybody have any tips?
