I'm getting ready to buy a couple of duplexs. I want to help out my communtity buy turning the property into section 8 housing. IS that possibe and I how do I go about doing that

F,
First thing you want to do is to find your local housing authority to get the necessary paperwork. I've written an article on my website about how to do that.
Ask for the Landlord Packet when you find your local Public Housing Authority. Inside, it will tell you how to participate in the program.
