Hello, i was wondering what should i look for when going to a closing? other than signing lots of papers and recieving those copies and also the hud I settlement statement should i get a deed to the property or something showing i own it?

You always want to walk away from closing with keys.
Deed will come in the mail after it’s been recorded. At least in Pennsylvania; I suppose it could work differently in other states.
Also a copy of the appraisal and survey if the title company has it…
