How bout some ideas…or help…
I have around 25 properties that I just bought and need to find a Bird Dog in my area (Texas) or that has investors in my area to find investors.
Any ideas?

If you have 25 properties already, why do you need bird dogs? Bird dogs go out, find properties, and point them out for you to potentially purchase…
Perhaps you really need folks to wholesale these off to…?

Yes - thanks! I need someone with investors - I already have the properties - I own them.
Go to your local REI club meeting. If they are good deals, then they should be easy to sell.
