large portfolio
« on: May 02, 2006, 08:04:05 pm »
My client is trying to sell off about 100 homes that he owns at 80% of appraised value. I'd like to help him but I'm not sure where to go to find  a buyer for a deal this size. Loopnet doesnt allow for multiple SFR's sold as one project.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

More info would help.  I'm in California and connected with a pool of seasoned investors.  Please advise.

Thanks,

Place an ad in the paper..LOCAL INVESTOR LIQUIDATING OVER 100 PROPERTIES..GRAB THE EQUITY..HIS LOSS YOUR GAIN....(possible owner financing or 2nds taken)

also where are the deals...is he looking to sell all to 1 person or willing to break up the properties...

he should break them up, they would get sold faster.
