Hello All,
I’m trying to find out if any of the rehab investors (or investors that buy nice houses to hold for rental or retail) on this forum buy only in their home area or if out-of-state investments would be considered. From what I could tell there are no investors from my home state of Alabama (if there are, please correct me) on this forum.
I know that the deal itself has alot to do with it for most investors, but some just won’t buy out of their immediate area.
